Going well right now
The last few days have been much better than expected, knowing that my period is due soon. Could this month be a reprieve from the dreaded premenstrual dysphoric disorder?? I did have a downswing for one day last week, and I feared it would last longer than it did.
Well...I'll just keep trying to enjoy my life in the mean time.
I have joined a local trans peer support group and that has helped me process things. I am a little overwhelmed by being sociable, though. Like, I want to go out and socialise, but them I crash. Probably should take decent breaks in between.
